About the Alpha Omega Messaging test

What the app does
Customers request a conversation. An authorized YEN operator can review requests and manually assess live video. Approved messaging lasts ten minutes. The trial also includes text, audio notes and photo attachments, subject to testing.
What it does not guarantee
Installing the app is not a Google Play verification, identity guarantee, payment protection, insurance or emergency service. Identity assessments and police-station check-ins have limitations. Calls may not connect on every network.
Trial privacy and safety
Messages, requests, photos and voice-note attachments may be stored by the test service to deliver the conversation. The service is still being tested, and data retention/security controls have not yet been independently audited. Do not share government IDs, payment credentials, medical records, confidential documents or anything sensitive during trials. Video media is intended for browser-to-browser communication and is not uploaded by the app's video signaling flow.
